I'm Bobby Childers, a UI/UX Designer who shipped products to 200,000+ Army users and helped deploy a recruiting dashboard to 16,000 recruiters nationwide while embedded at the Army Software Factory.

Growing up in West Texas, earning an MBA, and working in enterprise military software gave me something most designers don't have: experience with systems that absolutely cannot fail, and the discipline to ship them on time.

Now I'm bringing that same rigor to the private sector. I help businesses build products that are clear, fast, and built around how real people actually work.
